Position Overview:
Channel Impact is seeking a highly driven, process and detail-oriented individual to join our team. This is a Junior Level role. You will work cross-functionally with sales, and the partner team, in an operations capacity, primarily supporting the day-to-day inquiries from external partners and internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, knows SFDC, is process driven, data driven, and a fast learner who is great problem-solver. If you're someone who moves quickly while keeping focused on high impact projects with limited direction and supervision, then this is the role for you.
This is a full-time W2 opportunity at Channel Impact with benefits. This role requires being on-site in Sunnyvale, CA on a daily basis.
What you will be doing:
-Primary focus is managing partner inquiries via email, responding to questions, resolving issues or triaging cases to the proper teams and help bring things to closure
-End-to-end partner application activation process management, including Due Diligence management and agreement lifecycle
-Partner account data management in Partner Portal
-Partner account data integrity in Salesforce and its integration to the Partner Portal, reconciling inconsistencies as needed to ensure data quality
-Support program and process changes, assisting with design inputs and execution with key direction from programs and global partner team
-Act as point of contact for partner and sales questions relative to channel processes, operations, account data, delivery of program benefits, and Partner Portal questions
-Assist with Field Enablement efforts, ensuring information is up-to-date for ease of self-service by Sales Reps, Partner Managers and other teams
-Assists senior members with documenting process and procedure changes
Youre a great fit if you have:
3+ years in an sales operational role in technology companies working with distributors, resellers or channel partners
-2+ years Salesforce.com experience in an operational capacity
-Dell experience a huge plus
-Strong Excel skills
-Proven strength in operational process workflow experience in design and implementation
-High attention to detail
-Great teamwork, interpersonal, and customer-relations skills, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
-Energetic attitude, willingness to perform to get things done
