Channel Impact is looking to for an experienced Marketing Development Fund (MDF) Program Manager to join our team. This is a full-time W2 opportunity with Channel Impact in the San Francisco Bay Area.
What You Will Be Doing:
Understand the current state of the regional MEF Partner programs
Provide recommendations for Global Policies based on discovery
Prepare plans for MDF program roll out, including Partner Training & Communications
Develop future MDF program tasks
Work with Finance Team to implement funding expectations
Evaluate the budgeting process per region/countries and how that will be managed and funded
Continue to fine-tune internal training documentation and training process that assists regions/countries with managing budgets within programs
Develop future MDF program tasks
Work with the MDF Supplier to develop Joint Marketing Plans
Work with the MDF Supplier's core engagement team on the platform that supports MDF program
Evaluate and re-develop the Concierge Marketing Model for program rollout
Develop a longer term program administration workflow
Work with the client's Channel Communication team to develop a global comms plan that can be rolled out regionally
You're a great fit if you have:
5+ years of evaluating and deploying MDF Programs, and working with vendors that provide MDF management services
Strong Program Management Skills
Technically savvy with expert Excel skills required
Ability to effectively work across organizations to solicit input and establish consensus
Strong project management skills required
Bachelor's degree required.
