Social Media Marketing Manager (and a recent college grad for full-time internship)

Partner with our marketing team to develop, promote, and maintain a dynamic online community presence for UIH, along with a social media strategy that aligns with the needs of our customers. This role will oversee the management of social media management, monitor social media conversations, train content and community managers on social media best practices, support how we publish and engage our internal and external audiences through social media channels and manage the analytics and reporting

- Develop and disseminate social media content and manage the content calendar
- Monitor online conversations and understand each unique social channel and coordinate ad campaigns
- Identify, analyze, and understand target audiences and their specific communication needs to develop effective messages
- Contribute to standards and performance measurement, advising on next steps identified through social media data insights
- Reviews social media to develop personas and profiles that best help the team develop content
[Education]
Bachelor's degree
3-5 years of experience in communications, social media management, project/program management
Must be proficient in use of core platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
Familiarity with web analytics and basic SEO concepts
Preferred Qualifications
Healthcare experience
Experience with social media management and monitoring programs, such as Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Salesforce
