Launch Program Manager – Cisco

What You'll Do
Working as a member of the BU & Product Marketing Strategy and Planning Team, you will be responsible for driving the team's launch strategy, planning and execution.
In this significant and exciting role you will:
· - Work with the launch leads to set the respective product, solution and overall launch strategy
· - Drive launch plan execution across the cross-functional team to create alignment with the team's strategy and ensure launch and post-launch success
· Coordinate multiple deliverables and act as an ambassador across teams to effectively streamline the strategic vision they set forth to ensure flawless execution of the launch plan
· -Run weekly launch meetings and additional meetings as needed
· Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure consistency and efficiency
· Orchestrate and manage sub-team leads to track activities for the launch
· Act as the hub of information
· Build, manage and maintain SmartSheet spreadsheet space for launch deliverables
· Ensure all deadlines are met
· Ensure real-time launch metrics

Who You Are
You have 3-5 years of program management experience and a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing or related degree. You are detail oriented with demonstrated program management experience. You have the ability to lead cross-functional and matrixed teams and have experience working with global teams.
You have a consistent track record of successfully planning and executing programs, projects, and launches. You can handle project scope/change and can communicate impacts to project, requirements, timeline, etc.
