Digital Marketing Manager – Growth Marketing
Netchannels is looking for a talent for one of our clients based in Austin, Texas. This is initially a contractor role that will convert to an FTE position when the requisition gets approved and for the right person. This role will start at 25hrs/week then ramp up to 40hrs/week.
Only apply if you meet all of the requirements, are based in Austin, and are willing to work as a 1099 contractor until the position becomes FTE.
Digital Marketing Manager who is well versed in digital advertising, including SEM, native advertising, other paid media channels, SEO and analytics. Please apply if you enjoy crafting growth marketing strategies and have hands-on experience in optimizing digital paid media and SEO to drive conversion at a reasonable cost per acquisition (CPA). You have a knack for data analytics and excel at creating effective messages and offers. You have solid program management and implementation skills of growth marketing initiatives from A to Z.
Your primary responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
• Create and implement our paid media and SEO strategy
• Drive all paid media activities, including SEM, paid social, display advertising, native advertising, PPC/CPC, CPA, retargeting, geotargeting, etc. across multiple platforms
• Craft hypothesis for A/B testing and deliver effective copy, creative, landing pages and offers
• Set up A/B tests, monitor and optimize performance in different ad environments
• Manage all aspects of SEO from content and link building to keywords to increase search rankings
• Understand how to develop and implement content and content strategy that supports growth marketing efforts
• Work within a CMS to implement tagging, titles, meta-content and SEO technical best-practices
• Implement proper tagging and tracking to enhance data analytics
• Analyze campaign performance, produce actionable insights, identify issues and make recommendations for improvement
• Target the right customers and segments with an in-depth understanding of business goals, campaign goals, personas and targeted customer lists
• Conduct regular paid media and SEO audits and implement a closed loop learning model
• Design workflows and processes to ensure that stakeholders know how to use the data to improve their business
• Create and deliver dashboards and presentations to key stakeholders
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role and a bachelor's degree in a related field
• Proven success with driving qualified leads through paid media and SEO, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, AdRoll, Google AdWords, etc
• Deep familiarity with paid media and SEO best practices and ad networks, including segmentation, targeting and retargeting
• Experience with bid management tools, such as Acquisio, Kenshoo, Marin, etc
• High-level of experience working with Google Analytics, AdWords, Search Console and Tag Manager
• Working knowledge of SEO tools, such as Moz, SEMRush, Brightedge, etc
• Some experience with DMPs or other third-party data tools
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and stay on target, budget and deadline
• A creative and analytical mind with the ability to turn data into action
• A great collaborator with strong oral, written and visual communication skills
• A self-starter with exceptional follow-through and project management skills
• Positive attitude and a sense of ownership for deliverables
• Experience with growth hacking is a huge plus
