Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a full-time Digital Experience & Analytics Program Manager for our technology client.
This role is a remote opportunity. The role will help deliver the Digital Experience and Analytics (DEA) in support of the Global Service Provider region and software teams.
The role involves executing on plans, working with key stakeholders in the region, DEA, and representatives from the Business Units.
The person will work as part of a global, virtual and highly matrixed team.
Responsibilities:
Execute digital strategies leveraging data and digital technology for the sales organization, Customer Success organization, and channel partner ecosystem
Develop stakeholder relationships Curate (3rd party) and create content for sales and Customer Success
Manage engagements and execution via all routes Monitor and report results and help communicate internally
Requirements:
Strong program management skills; must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Strong collaboration skills with ability to build strong relationships, gain consensus across teams, and execute for desired results
Experience working in a virtual sales organization
Experience with digital and social selling tools and capabilities including marketing automation

Remote (ideally candidate will be in the RTP area of North Carolina)

Duration: Ongoing consulting role
