Position Overview:
Channel Impact is seeking an experienced Partner Enablement Manager to work side-by-side with our security client. In this role you will work with our client's Sales Enablement, Product Marketing & Management, Services and Support, and Channel Programs teams to bring together a holistic enablement plan that drives sales, pre-sales & services competency throughout the channel.
The right candidate must have strong knowledge and experience in enabling channel driven revenue, along with excellent project and program management skills.
This is a W2 opportunity with Channel Impact with full benefits.
What you'll be doing:
Bring together a holistic enablement plan that drives sales, pre-sales & services competency throughout the channel
Project Management: Take the client's existing enablement content and brining it together in a way that maximizes uptake/consumption
Project Management: Work with the client's internal functional teams to update content as needed
Program Management: Partner with Distribution to educated them on enablement paths and assets that they can use for their own internal needs, but also what the Disti can offer their focus partners
Internal: Develop and execute strategies targeted at the client's internal Channel Sales team to drive usage of the enablement content
Internal: Partner with internal channel sales leadership to run and potentially lead an internal enablement offsite
Key qualifications:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in channel enablement
Understanding of global channel enablement best practices across Disti, SIs and VARs
Experience working with training partners
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines at once
Excellent program management skills
BA/BS degree in Business Administration; MBA a plus
Strong written and oral presentation skills
Knowledge of the overall networking industry; Security experience is a plus
Very collaborative and focused on helping the client to achieve their business objectives
