Digital Marketing Manager – Customer Experience & Personalization (Austin, TX)
Netchannels is looking for a talent for one of our clients based in Austin, Texas. This is initially a contractor role that will convert to an FTE position when the requisition gets approved and for the right person. This role is full time: 40hrs/week.

Versatile Digital Marketing Manager to drive our customer experience strategy and execution in support of our business objectives. The goal is to improve customer experience across all digital properties from prospect acquisition through customer success.
You are fluent in CX best practices; have solid, hands-on experience in designing personalized digital experiences and bring a data-driven approach to your digital initiatives. You know how to design and implement end-to-end customized experiences and create tangible benefits for our users. You begin with the end in mind and apply insights to propose solutions that balance user needs with business goals and technical capabilities.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Deliver omni-channel digital experiences that optimize the user experience along the customer journey
• Identify and analyze customer behavior to improve user experience and personalization
• Understand how to leverage content and channel strategy to create optimized, high-conversion campaigns
• Develop and execute on our personalization strategy and roadmap with short- and long-term action plans
• Prioritize personalization initiatives as well as user experience issues and solutions to best meet customer needs and business goals
• Design experiences for global audiences with consideration for localization
• Manage our personalization platform, tools and projects
• Create and improve IA, templates, page-level UX & UI, wireframes and responsive and mobile design along with UX documentation and written specifications
• Implement reporting mechanisms for all CX initiatives including through CMS, Personalization Tool, Google Tag Manager and Analytics
• Monitor and report on metrics related to personalization, and translate data into actions for improvement
Qualifications:
• Minimum 9 years of experience in a similar role and a bachelor's degree in a related field. MBA is preferred
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with all aspects of digital marketing, from channels and tools to tagging and analytics
• Proven success with user-centered design techniques, and implementation of dynamic content and experiences for specific audiences
• Solid understanding of Internet technologies, UX design and strategy, website development and progressive enhancement, and CMS solutions
• Experience with enterprise-grade personalization and testing tools and strategies
• Strong working knowledge of website analytics and tagging platforms
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and stay on target, budget and deadline
• A creative and analytical mind with the ability to turn data into action
• A great collaborator with strong oral, written and visual communication skills
• A self-starter with exceptional follow-through and project management skills
• Positive attitude and a sense of ownership for deliverables
• Localization experience is a plus
