Department description with Cisco:<br />
We’re a experienced group of product managers, engineers, and designers who are finding new ways to leverage data from communication, people interaction, and collaborative content creation to craft new collaboration experiences in ways that nobody but Cisco can. These new collaboration experiences will give a stronger voice to the remote worker, make distributed teams as efficient as co-located teams, and drive the new generation of everyday collaboration between teammates.<br />
JOB DESCRIPTION:<br />
Analyze consumer behavior and develop predictive models. Develop and execute statistical models to support marketing goals. Support marketing campaigns through data mining and analysis. Coordinate with internal departments to optimize customer service strategy. 7 years of experience are required.<br />
Candidates must meet the minimum requirements outlined below:<br />
• 5+ years of Adobe Analytics experience. Must have a proven track record of leveraging it to manage multiple websites simultaneously for the purpose of tracking, testing and analytics. Dashboarding experience is helpful.<br /><br /><br />
• Proficiency in Dynamic Tag Management (DTM) and federation of data through solutions such as Segment. Some JavaScript experience is helpful.<br /><br /><br />
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to juggle multiple ongoing projects and articulate both issues with and value of specific data sets to stakeholders.<br /><br /><br />
• Experience in connecting and leveraging multiple data sets to provide insights.<br /><br /><br />
• Bachelor’s degree required, with preference for data-related degrees. Master’s degree preferred.<br /><br /><br />
Desired Skills: “Nice to have Qualifications”<br />
• Partner with stakeholders across multiple business areas to define, design and deploy performance analytics for various efforts, with a focus on Adobe Analytics.<br /><br /><br />
• Define and optimize measurement processes across data sets. This includes diagnosing and troubleshooting issues within current and future technical platforms (Adobe Analytics is currently the primary platform).<br /><br /><br />
• Manage day-to-day tracking, instrumentation and distribution of data.<br /><br /><br />
• Ensure ongoing accuracy of various metrics and tracking processes through regular auditing of data.<br /><br /><br />
• Guide the progression of instrumentation and connection of siloed data.<br /><br /><br />
Note: This role allows 2 days/week working from home after ramp-up<br />
