Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is looking for a Global Partner Marketing Program Coordinator consultant for our client based in San Francisco, CA. This is a great opportunity if you are just getting started in your career and are a sharp, eager, data driven marketer interested in international business, to jump on board with one of the fastest growing companies in the SF Bay Area. Our client is looking for someone to support their Global Partner Marketing team. This role is a great opportunity to sink your teeth into a broad mix of marketing disciplines and responsibilities while having a direct impact on the success of our global partner organization. This newly created role will support the Global Partner Marketing organization under the Director of Global Partner Marketing and Senior Global Partner Programs Manager to help develop and support our client's partner marketing communications, infrastructure, and marketing programs and processes, globally.

The ideal candidate is eager to learn about modern sales and marketing techniques as applied through an ecosystem of technology, sales and marketing partners. Not sure what that means? Look at it this way - your phone is more useful with the apps and technology integrations and you probably bought it from a mobile reseller/retailer. Similarly, our client's team builds the marketing programs and communications with their partners who build apps, resell, implement and deliver our software to customers. You'll learn about the client's Partner+ Program while directly contributing to the growth and success of their global partner business. Successful candidates will be strong communicators and analytical thinkers who not only excel at writing and editing, but also have a passion for learning and using marketing technology, including Eloqua, Averetek, Impartner, Bizible, salesforce.com, and more.

Responsibilities: I can do that!

Works on the planning and implementation of projects that support the marketing function. Interacts directly with the partner marketing and programs team, prepares regular marketing activity reports and responds to questions from the sales, marketing and partner organizations.

Writing and editing communications to partners and internal stakeholders that are clear, concise, and engaging.

Gather required information for regular partner communications and portal updates.

Work with the global partner marketing programs team to deliver partner marketing offerings to partners through the channel marketing automation platform

Track success of comprehensive partner marketing campaigns identifying reporting trends to help direct core program decisions.

Partner with internal and external design resources to deliver finished, approved partner marketing materials and templates.

Maintaining an editorial and social media calendar, scheduling social posts and implementing new multi-media strategies.

Experience with or ability to learn and engage with marketing systems such as salesforce.com, Eloqua, Impartner, and Averetek.

Maintain and update our Partner portal, including the asset library.

Marketing and Sales calendars updates.

Marketing Newsletter updates.

Requirements: I've already done that!?

1+ years of marketing and/or communication experience.

A quick learner with strong curiosity and interest in technology, industry happenings, emerging technologies and best practices in B2B tech marketing.

Ability to collaborate and develop positive business relationships with cross-functional areas both internally and externally.

Strong analytical skills.

Attention to detail.

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Strong performer with a proven drive to succeed.

Proven ability to take programs from idea through iteration and delivery.

Proficiency in Salesforce.com and Eloqua a plus.

Basic knowledge of HTML to edit content on event and landing pages.

Create crafty, compelling content, with a good eye for editing and proofreading.

Experience with Google Docs, Slides, Sheets, Drive desired.

Can create and deliver effective PowerPoint presentations.

Can hit aggressive deadlines while delivering high quality work.

Ability to work independently in changing environments, and the ability/willingness to learn.

Degree in marketing or communication.

Enjoy working with a fun, diverse team.

Pay: D.O.E., as a W2 employee of Crawford Group (Benefits available).

Location: Fully onsite at client's office in San Francisco, CA. No phone calls, please.

Hours/Duration: Full time / 6-month contract with the possible extension.
