Channel Impact is seeking an experienced Diversity and Inclusion Program Manager to work side-by-side with our client to design and and launch several new diversity programs.
This is a 3 months role with Channel Impact, and does require working onsite with our client in their SF Bay Area office.
What you'll be doing:
Developing a global, local and functional strategy leveraging dynamic resources to scale
Managing the Employee Resource Group (ERG) program
Ensuring ERG plans and initiatives deliver on the clients key pillars for success
Consulting and co-creating innovative solutions to people, culture and community strategies
Elevating the existing corporate social responsibility initiatives
Developing and implementing a global, local and functional strategy
Qualifications:
5+ years of Diversity program development experience
Corporate social responsibility experience is a plus
Employee Resource Group experience is a plus
Ability to influence, inspire and motivate all levels of the organization to action
Possess strong communication, listening, and negotiation skills to deliver messages in a clear and compelling manner
Proven program manager
Comfortable partnering with and influencing mid-to-senior level leaders
Strong partnering, influencing & communication skills for all levels (i.e. individuals at the peer, management and executive level)
BA or BS required
