Content Marketing Manager

Manager of Content Marketing has the primary responsibility to optimize exceptional content-driven experiences for our customers and prospects in the research and development field. They will work cross-functionally with colleagues in marketing, design, science labs, web operations and communications to create a seamless path through each step of the buyer's journey - leveraging website flow and conversion optimization, nurture sequences and lifecycle marketing. We are looking for someone who has a proven track record of driving quantifiable results with great content distribution and optimization, and is excited about maximizing lead volume and velocity with targeted content.

Responsibilities will include:

Create highly relevant and valuable content to attract, acquire, and engage names/leads from clearly defined target audiences. Examples of content to produce -

Commercial case studies (for online and business development tools)

Government projects, case studies, and overall presence on website

Content calendar and roadmap for social, blog, etc.

Brochures, data/fact sheets, webinars, newsletters, business development presentations, etc.

Video scripts and editing

Search Engine Content and Key words

Email marketing and landing pages creation

Event content and messaging

Align content marketing programs and activities with overall marketing strategy, focus areas, and competencies

Collaborate across the marketing organization to identify new content themes, topics and formats in collaboration with company thought leadership program

Work with cross-functional teams such as design, scientists, researchers, webmaster, outside partners, and overall marketing team

Optimize landing pages and website properties for conversion

Help create content and structure enhancements for the company's social media, email, SEM and client referral campaigns.

Create and help develop PARC's online communication plan

Requirements:

5 – 7 years of marketing content experience

Bachelors or masters in English, Communications, Journalism or work experience in technical writing

proficiency with highly technical content; comfortable with scientific research projects

experience with WordPress, HubSpot, social media platforms

comfort with HTML and Google Analytics a plus

excellent written and verbal communication skills

Design experience is a plus but not a requirement.
