Channel Impact is seeking an experienced Diversity Program Manager to work side-by-side with our client to design and launch several new diversity programs. This is a 6-month role with Channel Impact and does require working onsite with our client in their SF Bay Area office or in the Greater Toronto Area.
What you'll be doing:
Providing Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) consultancy to global leaders to advance action plans within the region — with a special focus on Canada
Designing content, developing and coordinating delivery of I&D solutions (training, process/system enhancements, exposure opportunities, etc) within region
Project management and partnering across functions to assist with the implementation of solutions into regional processes, systems and behaviors
Consulting and co-creating innovative solutions for people, culture and community strategies
Qualifications:
5+ years of Diversity experience, delivering solutions on global scale
Knowledge of Globesmart, Articulate and other cultural intelligence tools is strongly preferred
Corporate social responsibility experience is a plus
Global I&D content design and delivery experience
Ability to influence, inspire and motivate all levels of the organization to action
Possess strong communication, listening, and negotiation skills to deliver content in a clear and compelling manner
Proven program manager
Strong partnering, influencing & communication skills for all levels (i.e. individuals at the peer, management and executive level)
BA or BS required
