Channel Impact is looking for an experienced West-coast based Field Marketing Manager to support our client for a 6 month project. The project will run from November to April 2019.
This is a W2 opportunity with Channel Impact.
What You Will Be Doing:
Building the strategy thru to execution of the Region Marketing Plan -- You are the CMO of your territory, responsible for marketing and channel marketing pipeline contribution to the region
Partnering with the Regional Sales Director, Area Sales Manager and Channel Account Managers to develop and implement regional marketing business plans, including the allocation of marketing development funds (MDF) with achievable ROI and pipeline impact
Managing and assessing marketing performance
Working closely with Sales and Channels teams to drive accountability in marketing related programs
Managing and assessing partner-initiated events and recommend strategy for participation
Leveraging corporate campaigns and implement them in your marketing activities
Driving partner adoption and utilization of the clients marketing campaigns, promotions and tools
Planning and executing marketing programs and activities with channel partners, including joint webcasts, seminars/conferences, website co-marketing, and email campaigns
What You Bring To The Team
Strong Field Marketing expertise:
Thorough marketing or channel sales background with responsibilities for multiple, multi-touch marketing initiatives
Strong written, oral, interpersonal and presentation skills
Strong project management, negotiation and decision-making skills
Understanding of pipeline management
Experience in working with a sales team
Ability to build relationships with peers, sales, distributors, resellers and customers
Use expertise and creativity for innovative marketing recommendations and solutions
Dedicated to customer success
Self-motivated, innovative and creative
Strong sense of accountability and ownership, with the ability to manage your business and clearly communicate your results back to the organization
SFDC, marketing automation and or PRM platform familiarity a plus
Typically requires BS/BA degree or equivalent plus 10+ years related experience
