Channel Impact is seeking an experienced Channel Marketing and Sales Operations Specialist to support our technology client. The ideal candidate should have Salesforce.com (SFDC) experience, specifically in channel marketing and sales. You're the right candidate if you are process driven, possess a passion for marketing and sales data, and excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
This is a W2 opportunity with Channel Impact.
What you'll be doing:
-Validate partner request to utilize partner co-marketing programs
-Create and manage campaign codes in SFDC
-Validate partner co-marketing data between the supplier and SFDC to enable data integration in Tableau Reporting
-Support Procurement AP processes (i.e. follow-up on sticking points in SOW signature process, AP invoice approvals and funding inquiries from vendors)
-Manage agency SharePoint sites
-Confirm agency co-marketing deliverables are correct by validating URLs
-Project Management- meeting scheduling, agenda development, meeting minutes distributed, action item follow-up etc.
-Coordinate business intelligence support for channel marketing ops
-Provide backend Disti Marketing Program Support by routing questions to subject matter experts and providing Disti with program materials to address their questions
-Manage client's OpEx, Discretionary MDF and T&E Budgets
-Own on-going communications for incentive program operationalization
Requirements:
-3-5 years of relevant experience - Channel experience is a must
-Strong knowledge of SalesForce.com (SFDC)
-Good Excel skills and are comfortable using Pivot Table and VLook ups
-Possess a strong attention to detail, operate effortlessly in a highly dynamic environment
-Self-starter, timely problem-solver with a customer service focus
-Proficient writing, communication, and time management skills
