Job Description
We are a high-performing team, utilizing multiple integrated tracking tools along with our marketing automation platform that provides a close-loop customer experience. If you are passionate about mining and mastering data to detect repeatable patterns, derive meaning, and visualize the results, this is a great opportunity to work with a fun and fast-paced team.
Major Performance Objectives
• Build the campaigns and performance reporting model that enables marketing to accurately scale our predictive revenue model.
• Identify performance and opportunity trends, find the needle-in-the-haystack information that improves conversions, maximizes spend and shortens the sales cycle.
• Provide real-time actionable intelligence and recommendations for the go-to-market team.
• Be the source of truth for industry benchmark data and ensure we always know how we are performing and how we can exceed averages.
• Work closely with the go-to-market team (Marketing Ops, Programs, Content, Field, Channel, Technical Marketing, Sales Ops) to track performance and improve ROI for marketing led programs.
Key Tasks in Achieving Performance Objectives
• Track all marketing activities, metrics and conversions through the entire demand funnel from site visits to closed won deals to always understand what's working/what's not working
• Campaign creation and management in HubSpot/SFDC
• Perform statistical analysis to support demand creation, optimize our marketing automation tool and other integrated marketing platforms (i.e. HubSpot, SFDC, Google Analytics, social data)
• Leverage existing data infrastructure and sources while building and managing for scale, quality, and efficiency.
• Ensure a high quality of work through demonstrated accuracy and expertise; looking for ways to improve and promote quality.
• Budget tracking, projections, and ROI analysis
