 Channel Impact is seeking an experienced Sr. Communication Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be working hand-in-hand with our client to deliver strategic communications in support of client success.


 


 This is a W2 role with full benefits. 


 


 What you'll be doing:


 -Develop and execute project plans to optimize membership benefits of the strategic partnerships to include events, conferences, awards, research and insights, boards/councils and learning development opportunities


 -Responsible for the development and seamless execution of large scale events and conferences for a diverse array of strategic partnerships to accelerate overall objectives of the client and optimal user experience


 -Responsible for developing the creative direction, overall experience, messaging strategy and development, executive and audience briefings and all resources required for all projects and audiences


 Lead the coordination of internal resources across the enterprise, geographies and multiple levels of the organization to drive development and execution. Serve as main point of contact for the core planning team


 -Serve as the primary point of contact for all event stakeholders and sponsors to drive event execution


 Responsible for defining and executing full project life-cycle including scope development, determining project milestones, deliverables tracking and reporting and resource and budget management 


 -Target audiences are both internal and external at all levels of the organization (C-Suite to individual contributor) 


 You're a good fit if you have these skills:


 -BS/BA degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, General Business or related is required 


 -Minimum 8-10 years' experience in marketing communications specializing in marketing communications, operations and/or corporate events


 -Candidate must demonstrate experience serving at the project management level for a minimum of 5 years NO EXCEPTIONS - ALL candidates must demonstrate competency in full life-cycle project management 


 -Must be detail oriented and possess the ability to problem solve and work within a teamwork environment, showing a commitment to excellence and possess strong communication skills


 Strong budget, project, agenda and speaker planning, event coordination experience design for major industry conferences


 -Experience working with C-suite with strong executive presence 


 -Cross functional and team leadership and/or management experience is REQUIRED 


 -Excellent project management, presentation and stakeholder communications skills 


 -Able to work in fast paced environments; capable of managing multiple streams of work in parallel with aggressive timelines 


 -Strong technical aptitude, along with analytical, prioritization, and negotiation skills 


 -Ability to work a flexible schedule based on functional needs
