Vice President of Marketing At MindTickle, we have an incredible product, a huge addressable market, and great momentum. Now we need to scale and for that we need a world class VP of Marketing who will own all marketing strategy, hiring, and execution - brand, demand gen, website, digital, social, PR, comms, operations…everything.
This is an unbelievable opportunity for someone who really knows how to build a B2B enterprise SaaS marketing engine and you would be joining a company – with a fabulous culture and one very focused on taking care of its people and its customers delivering a world leading learning and enablement platform that is redefining how companies ensure that their people are always ready that can, without any change in product, serve companies of all sizes, in any vertical, and across any geo whose customers can demonstrate value within 30 days of subscription, something quite rare for an enterprise B2B saas business application
Job Requirements
• 10+ years with 6 years in progressive Marketing roles at the senior management level
Senior marketing leadership in B2B SaaS
• Have been successful in leading a marketing team in all marketing disciplines (brand, content, demand gen, website, social, PR, communications, operations, analytics, etc) required to build and lead this team
• University degree or college diploma in business, MBA preferred
• A track record of performance excellence meeting targets and objectives
• Strong analytical, planning and financial skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Respectful and outstanding leadership skills that motivates staff to exceed expectations
• The ability to articulate a vision and strategy in a way that inspires and motivates a team and focuses their energy on achieving business goals
• Preferable: relevant marketing experience at a Tier1 SaaS company
