This is a 1099 Independent Contractor full time position at Cisco, our client through Netchannels.
The Team
Cisco Security Enterprise Licensing Agreement (ELA) team seeks a sales operations analyst to provide deal support to WW sales team and Security ELA Business Unit. Cross functional team consist of ELA business unit, finance and sales.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking for an always growing and dynamic group, involved in high profile and visible efforts across Software and other cross-functional organizations.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage daily intake of pricing request from the field
- Gather and provide deal specific history to ELA Finance for pricing exercise
- Work with extended team to find details specific to partner and customer
- Send pricing and quote packages to sales teams
- Update and manage sales pipeline on a weekly basis
- Assist on tool improvement and project management
- Communicate with field sales team
- This position is based in the Cisco San Jose campus but remote is ok.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and a few years of related work experience
- Strong analytical skills with ability to understand and communicate the meaning of the data being presented
- Detailed oriented with ability to track and manage multiple complex activities
- Exceptional, demonstrated Excel skills
- Team player that can help drive process improvements
- Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to handle End of Quarter/Year sales booking pressures
Desired Skills
- Analytical business process development skills
- Familiar with Cisco tools Business Objects and Oracle
- Strong problem solving ability
- Teaming across cross functional boundaries.<
- Must have excellent written / verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
