We are currently looking for a dynamic, experienced Cvent Expert to join our team. In addition to day-to-day responsibilities, this person will ensure that MFactor uses the latest technology and innovative solutions for our clients.


Responsibilities


 Overall management building the Cvent portion of the registration site for multiple events (mainly Cvent, but could be across other registration systems) includes planning, oversight, and execution of event registration; creation, testing and implementation of event websites and registration forms; housing and travel management and integration.


 Lead the production of the registration system and supporting integrations


 Manage reporting solutions including designing custom reports


 Determine scope of event registration per client requirements, provide guidance and recommendations in functionality, structure, and flow of event websites and registration forms; work closely with web developer to implement


 Initiate and conduct existing and new product demonstrations to clients including but not limited to registration and housing websites, lead retrieval, exhibitor registration and housing, reporting modules and other products


 Ensure successful deadline execution


 Review and provide feedback and analysis to program team members on weekly registration and housing reports including analysis and forecasting of data trends


 Consult with clients in anticipation of major changes in technology applications and provide options for implementation


 Understand IT best practices and methods of software development


 Align client's expectations of products and services to best match MFactor's capabilities


 Identify and implement ongoing improvements on existing registration processes and procedures


 Communicate on an ongoing basis with clients and event leads


Qualifications


 Minimum 4 years of experience/proficiency using Cvent


 Advanced knowledge of HTML and CSS a plus


 Experience with event housing and registration applications, services, and operations


 Significant, demonstrated experience with meeting technologies, mobile applications, websites, software development, and other important meeting


and event technologies


 Ability to work both independently and collaboratively


 Excellent verbal and written communication skills


 Excellent proofing skills


 Extensive experience with both standard and custom reporting processes for all registration systems utilized


 Experience working with high level executives, client contacts, participants, hotel staff, and vendors
