Key Accounts Manager

Our client is an international electronics company manufacturing and designing materials and components for smart phones, home appliances, automotive, medical devices, and more. The company has grown robustly over the past 5 years.
Their growing office in San Jose is looking to hire a "Key Accounts Manager" to be responsible for maximizing sales opportunities by promoting product growth and providing development, management, and account direction for assigned accounts. This position is accountable for new and emerging strategic business creation as well as building account relationships at all organizational levels.
Requires Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a 4-year business related degree and 2+ years of successful experience in sales in the electronics industry.
Additionally, required are superior communications skills to understand customers' needs to develop solutions. Experience in sales analytics as well as experience in inside sales preferred, not required.
Average travel is 3-6 days per month. Covers Silicon Valley territory, and occasionally surrounding areas.
Base compensation range is $84k-$130k, plus performance bonuses paid semi-annually. Medical, dental, vision and more benefits, including generous 401k plan.
