This is a W2 opportunity with Channel Impact working onsite in Mountain View with our client.
What You Will Be Doing:
Marketing Admin Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
-Manage logistics for the client's marketing team (i.e. schedule meetings cross functionally and across geographies, coordinate events, research special projects, whatever comes your way!)
- Arrange domestic and international travel
-Process expense reports and report on department budgets
-Liaise between other internal organizations
-Manage special projects and assignments
E-commerce Admin Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
-Support day to day operations of our client's Company Store including inventory, fulfillment, reporting and user support
-Administer and maintain the company's e-commerce system
-Collaborate with cross functional business partners to meet campaign needs for branded give-aways<
-Acquisition and fulfillment of swag, collateral, customer gifts, trade show equipment, etc.
-Spreadsheet tracking, email and purchase order management
What You Bring To The Team:
-B.A./B.S. degree or equivalent
-1-2+ years of experience in an administrative role, including merchandising experience
-Relevant experience in marketing or retail with a proven history of delivering results
-Knowledge of site merchandising best practices
-Demonstrated ability to prioritize and complete projects in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
-Superior written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills and exceptional attention to detail
-Excellent project management skills, prioritization and business partnering
-Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
-Must be driven and willing to pitch in wherever needed
-Experience with Gmail/Google Calendar, Excel, Marketo, Salesforce, Netsuite and Concur a plus
