Job Description:
Polycom is looking for an experienced digital marketer with a track record of successfully managing international B2B corporate websites. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our International Polycom.com sites, responsible for executing on Polycom's global digital marketing strategy as well as leading projects to continually improve and optimize the user experience, ensuring best practices are being leveraged and key performance indicators are met. You will closely collaborate with internal teams, contractors and agencies to perform day-to-day tasks and project based activities associated with launches, campaigns and other integrated marketing programs, while ensuring alignment across all our digital properties.
Primary Responsibilities:
Collaborate across departments to realize Polycom's digital strategy and vision
Develop detailed and effective plans to support launches, campaigns and integrated marketing programs
Leverage established personas and journeys to help drive experiences and content delivery mediums and channels
Collaborate with internal customers and stakeholders to define and optimize the digital experience to support ABM and an overall personalized experience
Partner with internal customers, peers, IT and management team to define the scope, technical and business requirements, budget, benefit analysis, and cost justification for projects
Support SEO program in partnership with field marketing, product marketing and content operations teams
Use A/B testing to optimize engagement and conversion
Work with reporting team and internal stakeholders to define and measure effectiveness of the site and site elements against various audience segments and journey paths
Analyze metrics looking for trends requiring more in depth analysis or recommends site-level changes based on findings; examines data and makes recommendations to internal clients to evolve site content and web tools to maximize effectiveness and achieve defined KPIs
Monitor the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities
Conduct best practices surveys and communicate results and recommendations
Stay current on new technologies, customer experiences and trends as it relates to web site management, measurement and user experience
Manage contractor and vendor relationships as needed on time and within budget
Required Qualifications:
• Passion for digital marketing
• 8 years of relevant experience with minimum of 5+ years of experience managing international, external B2B corporate sites, preferably working remotely for a US based company
• BA/BS or equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong presentation and visual skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate critical insights and recommended action plan
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) experience
