Customer Advocacy Program Specialist (Anywhere in the US)
We are looking for a Customer Advocacy Program Specialist for a contract role at a global B2B high tech company, within the training services division. This role will be responsible for maintaining and building relationships with training customers. Responsibilities will include answering customer questions (online), reporting and metrics analysis of the program, and managing activities/programs in the Influitive Customer Advocate system.
This is a 24 hour per week, ongoing contract role (with quarterly projects), and remote role. This role is as a W-2 employee of Stage 4 Solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer questions: compose and send customer emails
• Support and maintain the advocate program – create engagement opportunities within the Influitive system
o Create special marketing content to help at-risk customers with training
o Target happy customers for upsell, cross-sell, and advocacy opportunities
• Manage a library of up-to-date customer success stories and quotes
• Track program metrics and reporting on results
Requirements:
• 2 + years Customer Service/Success, or marketing experience in an IT/high tech company
• Strong passion for serving and understanding customers
• Ability to and interest in learning marketing systems: Influitive
• Ability to write effective copy; graphic design capabilities are a plus
• Bachelor's degree
