Sr. Demand Generation Manager – B2B Startup (San Mateo, CA)
A B2B start up is looking for a part time Demand Generation Manager to lead ABM activities, marketing programs and manage execution through Hubspot. Additionally, the Sr. Demand Generation Manager will provide strategic guidance and management to the event manager and programs manager on the team.
This is a 6 month contract role (extensions possible), 20 hours per week, 1-2 days onsite at the client's offices in San Mateo, CA. This is a w-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions' employee.
Responsibilities:
• Understand target markets, solution offering, competition, etc
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns including ABM activities, email, webinars, and content syndication.
• Manage marketing activities in Hubspot
• Track metrics, analyze results to improve ROI of marketing activities
• Adjust marketing strategy based upon the metrics realized
Requirements:
• 5 + years of hands-on demand generation experience at an enterprise software B2B company
• Enterprise B2B Startup experience
• Prior experience with a marketing automation system (Hubspot, Eloqua, Marketo, etc.) and Salesforce systems
• Prior experience with managing ABM (Account Based Marketing) programs
• Demonstrated analytical approach, understanding of core marketing and pipeline metrics
• Bachelors Degree
