Director Field Marketing
About the Position:
GreyHeller is enjoying strong growth and we are hiring a marketing professional to help us take advantage of a large market opportunity. This is a career-defining opportunity with an early stage, profitable firm disrupting and elevating the ERP software space. It represents a chance, not just to contribute to the results, but impact the direction and own the outcomes. We are looking for a field Marketing professional who will execute, manage, and track the success of joint marketing activities including, but not limited to, channel marketing programs, sales enablement collateral, joint field marketing events, trade show management, webinars, whitepapers, and email campaigns. This position must interface effectively with our partner ecosystem as well as with our internal marketing, sales and business development teams. You will work closely with the CEO / Head of Sales to ensure that the events and marketing strategy aligns with overall business development / sales goals.
Responsibilities:
• Work with sales, business development and executive leadership to define and drive GreyHeller field and events strategy
• Manage the execution of a successful global events strategy across owned and industry events to create sales pipeline, help win new business, and celebrate our customers
• Coordinate competing campaign schedules in a collaborative dynamic environment
• Lead and coach the team on production schedules, venue evaluation, program management and cross-company coordination
• Own the events budget for the company
• Manage external partners and vendors
• Coordinate program and post-campaign reporting, ROI tracking and wrap-up reports
• Work with business development team to drive lead generation. Align website strategy with demand generation, and content marketing activities
• Align with website development partners and marketing content consultants (video, sales collateral etc.)
Requirements:
• Experienced: You have 5-8 years of experience in marketing, communications, events, business development, or a combination of these areas, and you've designed and produced successful events in the past, from crafting field strategy to managing day-of logistics.
• Organized and strategic: You're both strategic and detail-oriented. You sweat the big stuff (you want to ensure events are well-attended, and that content is high-value) and the small stuff (you love catching typos, invitations etc.), all while making sure things run on time and on budget.
• Multi-tasker: You can focus on multiple projects at a time and will be able to prioritize and manage your time effectively.
• Proactive: We'll be placing a lot of trust in you to own these events and ensure that the events calendar is conceived and delivered. We want you to hit the ground running from day 1, and we want you to be proactive in collaborating and working with others to get your work done.
• Ability to travel: We run events across the US, so you'll be comfortable managing the necessary travel requirements.
• Marketing automation: Experience with Hubspot / Pardot, Wordpress and Salesforce
