Position Overview:

Channel Impact is seeking a Project Manager to put in place a project management process for our client's Partner Program Office. The ideal candidate will have a strong project management background, have excellent project management skills, and is experienced at interfacing daily with channel leadership. Additionally, the ideal candidate must be process driven, have the ability to wear multiple hats, and to provide strategic input so the client can evaluate priorities, understand progress, issues and challenges and know when to escalate.



This is a W2 opportunity at Channel Impact. This is a part time role, 20-30 hours/week and can be done remotely.



What you will be doing:

-Provide professional project management services in support of the client's Partner Project Management Office (PMO)

-Developing and implementing a methodology to project manage the client's PMO workstreams

-Conducting 1:1 interviews with key stakeholders from the client to develop the initial project plan, to track each of the functional work streams. The project plan will be created in SmartSheets. The project plan will be available in a dynamic collaboration site that the client will have access to.

-On a weekly basis, track the status of each project including: ownership, delivery dates, budget, milestones and risk. This information will be collected through a series of one:one meetings, or team meetings that Channel Impact will organize and facilitate.

-Proving the client with a weekly Executive Summary Report detailing the status of each work stream. Channel Impact will train the client on the methodology

The ideal candidate will have:

-3+ years of partner experience

-Excellent project management, negotiation and decision-making skills

-Is a Certified Project Manager (strongly preffered)

-Is super organized, responsive and on top of game at all time

-Is not easily frazzled by change

-Ability to build templates, understand process redesign, and translate into PowerPoint

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Team player, willing to go the extra mile when needed

-Self-motivated, resourceful, takes initiative

-Excellent time management skills

-Consistent follow-through on projects

-Very organized and detail oriented

-BA or BS Required

Position Summary:

We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager to for a global IT infrastructure company. This role will manage social media strategy development, execution and reporting/analysis for the Americas and specific product groups. • Develop strong relationships with the Sales Operations team leaders to ensure aligned processes and accurate downstream metrics/reporting.

• Lead the planning, budgeting and forecasting process for the Marketing organization. Partner closely with Finance to ensure accurate ongoing budget management.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of marketing operations experience in global B2B high tech companies.

• Prior team management experience.

• Extensive experience with marketing automation systems (Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, etc.) and SFDC.

• Ability to think strategically, but also have exceptional attention to detail in execution. Willingness to be a hands-on leader.

• Results-driven with very strong ability to analyze quantitative data to determine program effectiveness, ROI, forecasting.

• Demonstrated results in improving sales pipeline/funnel close and conversion ratios.

• Must have budget management experience and financial analysis skills.

• Bachelors Degree, MBA preferred

Position Summary:

 

This position will be responsible for delivering system solutions and supporting Workday Financials across all business teams in Finance.  This individual will start out as a member of the implementation team leading the testing of multiple project work streams, including Financial Accounting, Supplier Accounts, Expenses, Procurement, and Projects as well as participate and assist on the Reporting and Security teams. This position will be a “hands-on” role expected to support and maintain core configurations used across the application, while assisting in and leading the testing for the semi-annual Workday upgrades. This individual will also be expected to perform system analysis and documentation as it relates to new evolving requirements and enhancement requests. This role will be a liaison to IT Corporate Firm wide Technology/ Development team and/or partner vendors for resolution of complex issues, enhancements, and other technical support as required. 

 

Responsibilities:

 

Daily activities and responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

·          Perform system administration tasks, including core setup data and cross functional configurations (i.e. spend categories)

·          Perform system security administration tasks, including configuration/maintenance at both the domain and business process levels, ensuring the alignment to appropriate security groups. This role will also create new user accounts, apply security roles as appropriate and perform/support quarterly audits.

·          Provide end-user support; troubleshoot defects, bugs, and other system issues via research, testing, scenario re-creation. Recommending process or system workarounds where possible

·          Responsible for developing reports and providing report administration for custom reports used by Finance.

·          Monitor various system integrations for errors, and provide basic integration issue troubleshooting

·          Define, analyze and document functional specifications for new evolving business requirements

·          Track and manage all process change requests and system enhancements working with Finance business owners to set priorities

·          Assists in or leads the testing for Workday semi-annual upgrades, including the development of test plans and other supporting documentation (i.e. scripts).  Review release notes, assess new features and impacts to business processes and basic changes in functionality

·          Develop/maintain system related documentation, including development of training materials 

Required Skills and Competencies:

·          8+ years’ experience in a systems role supporting Finance department, possessing a strong knowledge base of Finance and Accounting processes for record to report and procure to pay.

·          Experience working with externally hosted and managed solutions is required

·          1-3 years of experience with Workday Financials is preferred

1)    We are seeking a Sr. Functional/Technical Systems Analyst, ideally with Workday Financials.  The role is 70% functional and 30% technical.  We will also look at candidates that have other Financial Package Software Experience (i.e. PeopleSoft, SAP or Oracle).  The firm is migrating from PeopleSoft to Workday.  Go Live date is July 2017.  This individual will be part of the Implementation team. 

2)    The candidate must have functional knowledge of all the major areas within Finance, i.e. AP, GL, Purchasing, etc.  The technical piece will involve doing configuration work and report development.  However this person will work with the technical person on the team that will handle the more complex technical aspects.

3)    This individual will work directly with the business so must have excellent communication skills

4)    Workday modules that will be implemented include Financial Accounting (GL), Business Assets (Asset Management), Supplier Accounts (AP), Expenses, Procurement and Projects. 

5)    This individual will be a senior resource with 10 plus years of experience.

·          Leverage knowledge of systems and database architecture and SQL coding skills to generate ad hoc reports for Trading Management or make manual entries into the Trading databases to address system issues.
