Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a Marketing Technology Producer for our technology client in Santa Cruz, CA. The Marketing Technology Producer supports marketing and sales initiatives by designing, implementing, and managing marketing technology production projects including, but not limited to: marketing automation programs and assets, sales enablement pages and assets, customer insight surveys, and webinars. This person will have strong project management skills and hands-on ability to ensure that production projects are completed on time, on budget, and within quality standards.
The ideal candidate contributes to the development of best practices and procedures to maximize marketing efficiency and productivity. Success in this position will require familiarity with modern HTML-based tools, creative software, and marketing and sales technology. Knowledge of marketing industry best practices and effective processes is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Working with Service team Project Managers, manages assigned day-to-day marketing technology project flow; including project intake, calendar management, and quality assurance
Builds marketing technology programs/assets across solutions like Marketo, SAVO, SurveyMonkey and GoToWebinar
Contributes to best practices, standard processes, and templates across marketing toolset for streamlined management and consistent business processes
Follows and contributes to service-level-agreements with key internal and external partners
Collaborates with members of the Brand, Marcom, Marketing Operations and project requestors as needed
Contributes to best practices, procedures and publishes self-help resources
Supports global user base with production guidance and assistance when necessary
Works with Marketing Operations to develop performance benchmarks and makes recommendations to drive increased production performance
Develops and maintains strong business partner, vendor and cross-functional relationships
Stays up-to-date on new technologies and best practices in the marketing automation, sales enablement and customer insights/Engagement spaces
Skills:
2-3 years of experience in a production-focused role
Experience building and managing successful marketing technology projects
Strong understanding of marketing technologies. Experience with Marketo, SAVO, Salesforce.com, SurveyMonkey and GoToWebinar preferred
Hands-on production ability, including knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript and other basic production skills
Proven eye for modern digital marketing design
Demonstrated project management skills in a high-volume project environment
Ability to look across solutions and identify areas for process improvements and standardization
Experience in training users on tool features functionality with ability to translate technical concepts into consumable ideas
Ability to create and deliver executive summary presentations relating to activities
Outstanding program/project management skills
General understanding of data management concepts
Must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational, communication, editing and presentation skills
Customer-service oriented, personable, and positive attitude
4-year college degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related area
RATE:
D.O.E., as w2 employee of Crawford Group (benefits available)
LOCATION:
Primarily onsite at clients' office in Santa Cruz, CA, with initial offsite/virtual/WFH/telecommute option on Fridays (may increase over time depending upon performance). No phone calls, please.
