Trinity Technologies, Incorporated is a 27 year old successful and dynamic Manufacturer's Representative Company within the Electronics Industry. Trinity Technologies is a manufacturer representative that sells semiconductor and system level components. Trinity's technical and professional sales team is responsible for customer throughout Norther California. Trinity's reputation on one of complete integrity, high work ethic, and excellent customer knowledge with strong customer relationships. Unique family atmosphere with camaraderie throughout the Company.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Support the President of the Company
- Manage day-to-day operations and activities within the office
- Calculate monthly commissions through RPMS (Representative Profit Management System)
- Manage Employees payroll
- Manage Inside Sales Personnel
- Maintain QuickBooks
- Prepare individual Excel FSE templates for Trinity's Internal forecast for all Manufacturer's
- Prepare Business Reviews and Business Presentations using Powerpoint
- Submit and compliance test 401K contributions
- Responsible for paying monthly bills
- Maintain/update Internal Outlook Trinity Calendar
- Maintain the Trinity Master Account List using Excel
- Implementation and management of web based Supplier management systems
- Trinity business hours are 7:30am-5:30pm Monday-Thursday and 7:30am-5:00pm on Friday
Requirement/Skills:
- Honest and dependable with excellent work ethic and high integrity
- Strong sales and accounting background
- Knowledge and experience with QuickBooks
- Strong computer skills using Microsoft's Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc.
- Utmost discretion in maintaining confidentially of information/material received
- Results oriented individual with positive attitude and excellent people skills
- Ability to follow up and be proactive on a daily basis in helping promote the success of the company
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Trinity's Principals based on mutual trust and work performance
- HR knowledge and experience
- Social media proficiency
