Role: Communications and Change Management Consultant
Location: South Bay Area, CA
Term: Contract - W2 or 1099 / potentially long term opportunity

Key Responsibilities: ( Note: Expect more of Communications Training focus for this role )
- Provide change management and training support
- Develop and maintain change management plans and training schedules
- Work with cross functional adoption and change management teams to develop training collateral (VODs, Powerpoint presentations, FAQ, Quick Reference Guides etc.)
- Draft and distribute change management communications (newsletters, announcements etc.)
- Update Webex Social webpages
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to present training content to large audiences and effectively manage Q&A
- Ability to understand both the "big picture" of program strategy/objectives and detailed tool capabilities
- Excellent track record in developing, managing and executing Change Management and Training plans for Field Sales, Finance, Operations and other functions
