What's needed? We're looking for a savvy and experienced Demand Generation Specialist who will drive marketing campaigns, ABM engagement programs, and leads for ReliaMax across all digital platforms.

We are looking for an amazing, data-driven in- and out-bound marketer to own the majority of the demand generation funnel for our company. You will be in charge of attracting site traffic, converting that traffic into new leads, and nurturing/retargeting to turn those leads into client customers, the latter of which sales owns. You will understand what the right nurture tracks are to provide incremental value and nudge our leads towards sale in a way that feels human. You will also understand the right types of content to send to the right people at the right time, for lead nurturing and to boost the sharing of our content. We need someone dynamic, with cutting edge skills, who will deliver superior results.

Responsibilities: We always do whatever it takes, even if it isn't specifically our "job". In general, you will be responsible for:

• Manage and build various ABM databases and campaigns, including responsive design templates, calls-to-action, and metrics.

• Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc.).

• Measure results and optimize the nurture tracks for these segments to increase lead conversion.

• Work with the head of marketing and other team members to develop digital strategies to integrate campaigns into social media conversation across all channels.

• Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.).

• Grow new marketing-qualified leads by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and offers.

• Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.

• Establish closed-loop analytics in partnership with Sales to understand how our in- and out-bound marketing activity turns into clients.

• Understand and leverage all aspects of digital marketing including: social media, SEM, SEO, display ads, as well as offline data for campaign optimization while also developing the appropriate reports to track and improve success metrics.

Requirements: More important than the best skills is the right person. You must commit to living our mission, vision, and core values. Once you have those down, the skills and education we need are:

• BA/BS or equivalent working experience.

• Minimum of three years of experience in a successful digital/demand generation marketing position.

• Experience with email marketing and web analytics. Proficient in using HubSpot's smart lists, marketing automation and blogging features to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and nurture them (using dynamic workflows) into customers.

• Highly analytical and able to derive meaning from data and optimization.

• Demonstrated proficiency in designing integrated digital campaigns.

• Must have strong technical aptitude, be very articulate, possess excellent written and oral communication skills, and able to explain abstract concepts effectively.

• Experience in tracking and generating metrics/analytics on campaign activity as well as using Google Analytics and Hubspot for web site optimization.

• Extremely creative and enthusiastic team player that is a natural self-starter and comfortable in a fast moving environment.

• Bonus skills: HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite, Salesforce.com

• High Tech, Fin Tech and/or Financial Services related marketing experience is a plus

• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without accommodations
