We are looking for a Strategic Market Research professional to lead target customer interviews to ascertain positioning/advantages for the client's AI Platform versus competitive offerings. This strategic project will involve understanding the client's AI platform and current positioning, developing a customer interview guide, setting up customer interviews, conducting interviews and summarizing learnings. Post project, the client will develop enhanced positioning and sales tools to differentiate their platform from the competition and to educate the sales team.
This is an approximately 200 hour project, over about 2 months. Must be available for meetings in Palo Alto, CA. This is as a w2 employee of Stage 4 Solutions, benefits offered.
Responsibilities:
• Understand client's AI Platform – positioning and features
• Develop customer interview guide/presentation; gain buy in from the client
• Establish 18 target company interviews – some companies will be provided by the client; some will have to be identified
• Conduct 18 target company interviews; with client team member as participant
• Summarize each target company interview
• Summarize all interviews; and summarize learnings and key takeaways
Requirements:
• 5+ years product marketing experience, in IT operations platforms, or AI platforms
• Previous experience managing and conducting strategic customer interviews
• Ability to cold call and find target companies to interview
• Good project organization skills
• Great team player with ability to get work done independently
• Ability to effectively work with global teams
• Bachelor's degree or above
