Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a full time/salaried Group Product Marketing Manager for our client, Adobe Systems, located in San Francisco, CA. The Group Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing the marketing strategy that will drive acquisition, active use and retention of Adobe's SaaS offering among individual designers and beginners.

Seeking a Manager who is passionate for design/creativity/aesthetics and possesses diplomatic influencer/ consensus building skills. Candidates should excel at working in a fast paced work environment with products going through rapid/continual changes. Attention to detail and the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into consumer benefits and value propositions are crucial.

Responsibilities:

Manage a small team of Product Marketing Managers

Develop global go-to-market strategies and initiatives for the Adobe Design segment and work with Geos and Corporate Marketing to implement against the strategy

Leverage deep knowledge of customers, product offering and competitive marketing programs to develop effective marketing messages and strategies

Partner with Corporate Marketing and Group Manager to develop an integrated campaigns strategy and content roadmap that aligns to targeted customer personas

Work with Corporate Marketing and product teams to craft a consistent, relevant and compelling customer journey that optimizes conversion, retention and upsell

Ensure messaging and voice is consistent and on point across all content created

Establish a culture of testing and optimization, and drive for continual improvements to the marketing funnel

Keep Product Management teams informed on the status of the business and influence product roadmaps by providing business requirements along with context for how these things will have a positive impact on the business

Partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver launch and campaign assets that resonate with and map to each persona and its unique buyer journey

Drive market and product segmentation that differentiates client products and services across global markets and influences key product decisions

Work with the PR and Social Media teams on ideas to better amplify these workflows

Establish and nurture strong relationships with in country counterparts, understand Geo-centric needs, ensuring content is leveraged optimally and consistently in North America as well as in abroad

Skills:

7-10 years hands-on (B2C/enterprise) product marketing experience. Must include experience working for at least one large enterprise technology company. Startup experience a strong plus. Interest or experience in design or working with designers is highly preferred/a definite advantage.

Experience with setting strategy, developing personas, outlining buyer's journey and developing content plan/roadmap to accelerate these journeys

Experience marketing PaaS, SaaS, software based subscription service or highly transactional, e-commerce services

Experience managing a small team of high performing individual contributors

Strong writing and presentation skills. Ability to quickly grasp product features and benefits and translate those into brief accurate, high quality deliverables like copy, images and tutorials

Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

Proven experience communicating and presenting data to key stakeholders and senior management

Outstanding follow-through, time management, and program management skills

Must be highly organized and work seamlessly to juggle shifting workloads, while possessing strong analytical experience, using data, tests and experiments to inform decisions

Adaptive to change, confident, internal customer-centric focused, consensus builder

BS/BA in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field required

Salary:

Full time/direct/salaried employee of Adobe Systems. Competitive total compensation package D.O.E., w2, including bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Location:
