Your Qualifications:

Marketing Coordinator - Job Announcement

The Immigrant Legal Resource Center (ILRC) is seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator (MC) to support and implement marketing and communication efforts that enhance our earned revenue and raise the profile of the organization. The MC plays a key coordination and logistical role in helping to carry out current and long term strategies for product sales and marketing, and to work within established internal structures to support product development, delivery and future growth.

The ILRC is a national nonprofit legal support center located in San Francisco, California. Founded in 1979, we specialize in immigration law, policy, and immigrants´ rights. The ILRC´s work concentrates on three main program areas: (1) building the capacity of attorneys, paralegals, organizers, service providers, immigrants and others by providing legal technical assistance, trainings, and publications; (2) assisting immigrants with civic engagement projects to help expand immigrants´ rights and political power; and (3) conducting policy and advocacy work related to immigration law and immigrant rights.

The ILRC is a team-based organization that makes most of its decisions in a collaborative fashion that allows for significant staff input. This is a full time position that reports to the Marketing Manager, and participates in team-based organizational projects.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Marketing Coordinator is a hands-on position supporting the development and implementation of the ILRC's marketing programs for the earned revenue products and the organization´s marketing communications that include traditional print, online, and digital media platforms. Specific responsibilities include:

Marketing and Sales Customer Management

- Assist in the creation and implementation of the marketing/sales client acquisition strategies, in accordance with the ILRC Marketing and Communications plans, and annual work plan of the Education Team.

- Represent the ILRC at events.

- Provide customer service on a full range of client inquiries, including request for support or information about ILRC´s products and services, order status, and technical issues related to webinars.

- Support the launch of a social media program, including providing ideas/suggestions for topics, working with attorneys on content, creating a calendar, and updating social network sites.

Education, Seminar and Technical Assistance Program Coordination

- Support the work of ILRC attorney trainers, volunteer trainers, and the ILRC Marketing Manager.

- Function as the primary event coordinator for all ILRC educational events, including in-person seminars, live webinars, annual conferences, and affiliated programs such as the National Paralegal Training Program.

- Support the research, design and implementation of a comprehensive marketing plan for the seminar program including preparation and distribution of seminar calendar, website content updates, program information and all written collateral and electronic marketing materials, communications and promotions.

- Coordinate all logistical aspects of all training programs, including staffing on-site registration, sales support, and customer service.

- Interact with vendors, including facility rentals, printers, caterers, etc.

- Ensure quality customer relations by implementing evaluation tools and methods, including gathering and tracking customer feedback, answering customer inquiries, manage and respond to Education Program inquires line and provide referrals when appropriate.

- Maintain accurate record keeping and database systems including inputting and managing database entry, reporting, tracking seminar attendance, writing progress reports, etc. Maintain hard copy files as necessary.

- Assist with the management of Education program budget, track program revenue and expenses, and provide regular reports as requested.

- Research and keep abreast of trends in other educational systems and educational providers, networks, products and services.

- Facilitate website updates of new training class schedules.


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

- Two years marketing communications experience preferred;

- Excellent communication, organizational and writing skills;

-Prior event coordination experience preferred, including ability to manage logistics for training events and conferences;

- Excellent problem solving skills;

- Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively as part of team, to be flexible and learn new skills quickly;

- Excellent computer skills and demonstrated effectiveness with social media, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign, PhotoShop, and Illustrator, Salesforce CRM, and content management systems. Some graphic design/layout experience is preferred;

- A self-starter who remains focused while working under deadlines and can still maintain a sense of humor;

- Ability to travel throughout the year (approximately 15%);

- Manage and work within budget and timeline goals, with an ability to complete work efficiently and communicate risks as appropriate;

- Understand and communicate well with staff, partners, consultants, and volunteers;

- Focus on priority work in the face of many demands on one´s time;

- Non-profit sector experience is a plus.

Pay is commensurate with experience. We’re doing great things for customers and need someone to help keep a pulse on all the activity. You’ll leverage your internal and external relationships to mine the valuable data we need to build a library of case studies. From Yammer’s, tidbits, sound bites and nuggets of goodness and nice things happening â€" you’ll be in charge of growing them into referenceable, co-branded case studies. Case studies to help our PR efforts, sales efforts and more. You’ll help strategize an efficient and executable case study process, manage the activity pipeline and communicate your progress along the way. You’ll hand off your content to marketing to have it spruced up for client approval and then see it pushed out for external eyes among all our target audiences.

In this position, your primary responsibility will be writing and ferreting out case studies, crafting and securing publicly available quotes, etc., across all of Rocket Fuel’s media, marketing, and publishing customers, along with the partner ecosystem of technology companies that we work with, and then feeding the appropriate vertical case study into our CRM machine to ´remarket´ to clients and prospects per vertical. Your secondary role would be writing bylines (or aggregating information from such case studies to craft bylines). And all the while you’ll be front row for what’s going on in the world of digital display advertising across online, mobile, video and social media â€" seeing what we do for our clients and helping us get the word out on how we do it, and who we do it for. Key Tasks & Responsibilities

Manage workflow, internal requests to develop project schedules and manage multiple case study projects against agreed upon timelines and keep resources focused on what will help build, grow, nurture and fortify our branded customer case study pipeline.
Work with marketing, account managers and sales team members to create and provide raw content for materials including collateral and PPT presentations.
Build and refine processes to best identify, capture data and get content approved for potential customer success stories (keep pipeline growing).
Contribute ideas to marketing initiatives and help refine new ideas to efficiently capture case study data â€" both anecdotal and factual.
Provides status reports, project updates, significant issue management, and communicates with other departments.
Own the reference customer and case study process and pipeline â€" from opportunity to branded case study
Facilitate communication among all constituencies and gather all necessary content to build out case study, including approvals by the client.



Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree with writing and communications-intensive major from a top school.
3â€"6 years relevant work experience, journalism and solid writing experience required.
Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to synthesize product and technical information and extract the “so what’s” that will resonate with advertisers and their agencies.
Creative â€" you can infuse your clear, jargon-free writing with personality.
Your writing is easy and even fun to read.

·         Complete tasks within the estimated time identified for each task

·         Contribute individually to the design, architecture and development of large scale custom application development projects

·         Interact with internal technical, business, and management staff as well as clients

·         Keep current with technology trends and developments in the industry

·         Work in a team environment in the development of web portal and ASP.NET applications for major client projects.

·         Code review of other developers and strict adherence to quality standards and control points

 

Required Skills:

·         5+ years of experience as a .Net Developer, the more the merrier

·         2+ years of eCommerce development experience with a major commerce-server system (They use MS Commerce Server)

·         C# and Object Oriented Design experience

·         TFS or another Source Control tool (they use TFS 10 – specific version not required)

We are looking for an experienced Alliance Program manager for a contract opportunity at a leading global enterprise solutions company. The Alliance Program manager will work closely with the cross functional team to drive business planning and reporting on joint goals with the client and key partners - Microsoft and Citrix.

This is a 40 hour/week onsite role at the client's site in the South Bay. This is an ongoing need, that will be set up as quarterly projects. The engagement would be as a w2 employee of Stage 4 Solutions.

Responsibilities:
•Create joint short and long term business plans between partner and client company
•Manage quarterly and one year execution plans, including communications, results & metrics.
oMonitor project deliverables to ensure timely and consistent delivery of activities globally
oMaintain project dashboard of milestone and deliverable status
oPublish action items, decisions, and issues; communicate program status on a regular basis
oApproval and review cycle management and tracking.
oMange executive meetings and business reviews with Alliance partner - monthly and quarterly
oRegular reporting of progress against one year operations plan goals
oManage budget for the alliance
•Manage and track client and partner activities across product development, sales & marketing.
•Direct cross functional, cross-organizational team to execute operational plans
•Generate a combined view of client and partner alliance operations across development, HQ and field marketing teams

Requirements:
•10+ years minimum experience working on alliance partner programs, at a large technology company
•Experience working with Microsoft and/or Citrix in an alliance/partnership role
•Management and development of alliance program activities in support of sales goals
•Work experience teaming with product development, sales and marketing groups to include partners in joint solutions and programs.
•Strong program management skills
•Bachelors degree, MBA preferred
