As a Talent Recruiting Associate at Elance, your mission is to recruit the world's top talent to join our rapidly growing community of online workers while focusing on job fulfillment as a top priority.
Your Responsibilities:
• Leverage recruiting techniques to connect Elance talent to open job opportunities on the Elance platform
• Introduce and sell the Elance model and career value proposition to prospects not on the Elance platform
• Qualify, pre-screen and interview prospective talent, both on and off the platform
• Perform research, industry calibration and identify industry trends on an on-going basis
• Proactively build a talent pipeline for future and anticipated roles across the Elance platform
• Track and report on recruiting efforts, including number of contacts, fulfillment rate, and other key metrics and deliverables
• Collaborate and partner with clients to understand hiring needs
• Evaluate supply and demand trends to identify skills gaps and opportunities to improve job fulfillment on the Elance platform
• Optimize recruiting strategies for efficiency and scalability
• Manage and maintain superb communication with candidates to keep them updated and engaged through the hiring process
Your Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of experience sourcing, screening and closing talent in a world-class, results-oriented organization; contingent staffing and/or high volume, agency recruiting experience is a plus.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent follow through skills
• Proven ability to initiate action and accomplish goals across a wide range of teams and projects in the face of multiple demands
• Strong organizational skills, program management and multitasking abilities
• Entrepreneurial and results-oriented; you move mountains to get things done
• Creative problem solver
• Highly adaptable; you thrive in a fast moving environment
• Tech savvy and intellectually curious
• Working knowledge of domestic and foreign employment laws a major plus
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
