[KITlist] CONTR: Integrated Marketing Project Assistant (Silicon Valley, CA)

We are looking for a Marketing Project Assistant for a contract role at a global high technology company in the South Bay. The Marketing Project Assistant will be responsible for working on a new product introduction, partnering with the Sr. Integrated Marketing Program Manager on managing meeting logistics, taking notes, following up on action items and facilitating communication across the cross functional marketing team.

This is a 30 to 40 hours per week role onsite at the client's offices in the South Bay, CA. The project term is 6 months, with likely extensions. This is a w-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions' employee.

Responsibilities:
•Schedule and organize weekly team meetings
•Take and publish meeting minutes
•Manage and schedule conference calls
•Track team action items and drive adherence to schedules
•Team communications facilitation
•Manage team Sharepoint site and manage assets

Requirements:
•Strong, proven project management and communications skills.
•Organized, detailed focus, process oriented, and able to multitask.
•Proactive self-starter who can manage virtual teams and keep projects on schedule.
•Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization, globally
•Bachelors degree, or equivalent experience
