[KITlist] CONTR: Marketing Operations Manager (Sunnyvale, CA)

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to work with one of our enterprise solutions clients in Sunnyvale, CA. The Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for managing a team of 3 people who, together, manage the data, systems, processes and budget for the Americas Field Marketing organization.

This is a 1 year contract role, 40 hours per week onsite at the client's offices in Sunnyvale, CA. This is a w2 opportunity with Stage 4 Solutions.

Responsibilities:
•Budget management
•Data analysis and segmentation
•Salesforce.com marketing management and inputs
•Implementation of a closed loop lead process
•Tracking and reporting on key metrics
•Develop appropriate processes and methodologies for achieving goals and objectives
•Develop the process and infrastructure required to gather appropriate data, map to specific metrics of success and report on them in n automated fashion with limited manual effort
•Build a framework to slice, dice and segment the data required for effective account based integrated marketing campaigns
•Process all request for list pulls from the marketing database.
•Produce Ad-hoc reporting and data cleansing for marketing projects

Requirements:
•5 to 10 years of experience as a marketing operations manager at a large high technology company
•Experience managing a marketing operations team
•Salesforce.com experience (SalesForce Certification a plus)
•Eloqua experience, preferred
•Very Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, lookup's and macros (Visual Basic for applications a plus)
•Proficiency in Microsoft Access, preferred
•Experience with data marts and list pulls
•Strong organizational skills to keep all requests prioritized and serviced within agreed upon SLAs
•Strong analysis and decision making abilities including problem-solving
•Ability to manage multiple projects and work on tight deadlines
•Ability to drive processes cross-organizationally, work with both sales, marketing and IT to achieve goals
•Ability to understand the marketing goals and come up with the processes, segmentation capabilities, metrics and reporting required to meet the needs of the team
•Ability to understand the business drivers behind the data needs
•Ability to speak the language of both Marketing and Sales
•Bachelors Degree
