We are looking for a Field Marketing Events manager for a contractor role at a global enterprise solutions company. The role can be based in Sunnyvale, CA or Raleigh, NC. The Field Marketing Events manager will be responsible for supporting client and partner events. Specific tasks will include event invitations, registrations, logistics, communications, metrics tracking and reporting.
This is a 40 hours per week role onsite at the client's offices in Sunnyvale, CA or Raleigh, NC for a 9 month period, with extensions likely. This is a w-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions' employee.
Responsibilities:
•Provide support to Field Marketing Managers in the execution of marketing campaigns and events.
•Assist with execution and logistics of events
•Provide tactical support for email campaigns, direct mail campaigns, online events and live events
•Logistics planning and coordination for events, trade shows and sales meetings, including booth scheduling and shipping
•Develop invitations for events, track registration/attendees
•Work with marketing operations team to integrate leads/events into marketing automation system
•Develop lists for marketing programs/events
•Develop and maintain relationships with local sales teams
•Create and deliver reports, presentations and communications to internal and external audiences
•Coordinate website content and development with cross-functional teams
•Prepare marketing activity reports, timelines and dashboards
•Measure ROI, track pipeline and revenue of field marketing programs/events
Requirements:
•2-3 years marketing experience in an events or marketing role
•Extreme attention to detail
•Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint; Skilled at creating presentations and graphics.
•Strong analytical and organizational skills
•Capable of working independently as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams.
•Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization, including remote areas.
•Ability to function in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
•AA or BA in marketing, communication, or related area of study
