With excellent sales momentum and aggressive growth plans, the company is looking for a strong and experienced Programs Manager with strong partnerships experience.
Fitbit's flagship product is the Fitbit Tracker, an ultra-compact activity monitor that accurately tracks full day's steps, distance, elevation, calories, and quality of sleep via 3-D motion sensors. It's small and discreet enough to wear all day in your pocket, on your waist or on undergarments. The Tracker then wirelessly auto-uploads data to fitbit.com, where you can see graphs of your activity, set goals, and measure progress, as well as create online fitness groups for support or friendly competition.
Job Description:
As a member of the Fitbit Marketing team, the Marketing Program Manager has diverse responsibilities that include Marketing Acquisition Programs.
* Develop, grow, and cultivate our affiliate marketing program.
* Develop internal marketing acquisition programs (refer-a-friend, site features etc.).
* Drive email acquisition strategy through potential partners Marketing Retention Programs.
* Develop retention email strategy (audience segmentation, cross-sell) to maximize customer lifetime value.
* Develop cross-sell promotions strategy for logged-in and new users; maintain and execute for maximum customer experience and revenue Partnership Programs.
* Assess potential partners for marketing integration, for awareness as well as sales opportunities.
* Manage and execute marketing programs with existing API partners (MyFitnessPal), corporate wellness partners (United Health Group), as well as brands (like Ninewest, Roxy, Reebok).
Experience Required:
* 5 years of experience in site marketing/ partnerships for consumer goods/services.
* Start-up experience, partnerships around site marketing preferable.
* Demonstrated work experience in marketing/advertising/public relations; Identifying, analyzing and creating Marketing and Promotional activities and opportunities.
* 4- year college degree.
* MBA preferable.
Personal Qualities:
* Startup Attitude.
* Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
* Outstanding follow-through, time management and planning skills to deliver results.
* Must be able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment as market develops in unpredictable ways, producing high quality work and projecting a positive attitude.
