In this role you´ll own and drive all production aspects of our email and direct marketing initiatives for our fast growth start-up, ensuring our engagement and nurture programs result in profitable, long term relationships with our customers.

This role is perfect for a multi-skilled, self-sufficient person who is driven to build and delivery compelling email and direct
marketing campaigns that drive measurable business results.

Responsibilities:
*Code highly complex email templates using best-practice HTML guidelines for optimal rendering and deliverability
*Become an expert on the segmentation and dynamic capabilities of our email service provider´s email marketing tool, and provide recommendations on how to leverage that technology to improve the engagement and conversion of our email programs.
*Work closely with design team to ensure email look/feel aligns with brand style guide
*Build customized email landing pages when necessary, to improve the email-to-website experience
*Strategize with members of the Email Team to optimize campaign performance to achieve traffic and revenue metrics including open rates, CTR, conversion, retention and incremental revenue lift
*Work closely with Email Campaign Specialist to ensure all campaigns are delivered on time and accurately, and that all email activity is tracked and analyzed to support ongoing optimization.

Basic Qualifications:
*3-5 years of experience building successful email marketing programs in a high volume consumer web site
*HTML & CSS; Photoshop preferred
*Extensive experience using a top-tier Email Service Provider
*SQL skills strongly desired
*Data segmentation & database management experience
*Ability to think logically & critically when solving problems and considering process & platform improvements
*Strong written & verbal communication skills; ability to communicate with a non-technical audience
*Experience working with Salesforce.com is preferred, but not required

looking for a UI Designer / Optimizer.

You should be a talented designer with a strong eye-for-detail who can jump right in and contribute
to our mission of delivering legal help to the masses. You´ll be working directly with the Optimization
team on projects to create production level assets, and building prototypes for UI tests on the site.
On this small team, you will work your way through the flows and features of our site to make design
based improvements to test live with consumers. As part of this team, you will also have opportunities
to work on feature based designs as part of the UX team.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
*Translate design requirements and collaborate closely with Rocket Lawyer´s optimizers to create creative production-level assets to take live on the site.
*Design, extend and prepare visual concepts and features for production
*Improve the delivery of existing services through enhanced designs

Qualifications:
*Minimum 2 years experience in UI design
*Strong portfolio demonstrating high-caliber visual and interaction skills
*Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically, Photoshop and Illustrator
*Strong graphic design skills, including an eye for good typography, composition, and use of color
*Detail oriented, driven and self-motivated

Preferred Qualifications / Personality Characteristics:
*Ability to write HTML and CSS3 makeup
*Ability to write javascript is a huge plus
*Experience with User Experience Design
*Experience developing consumer or commercial web application interfaces

The Symantec.com Online Marketing team is seeking a Senior Manager of Web User Experience. This person will be responsible for the Information Architecture and Customer Experience of the Enterprise and Corporate websites on Symantec.com globally. This is a key strategic role for the team, defining the strategy for the navigation, the page layout, and the overall front-end experience of the website globally. The Sr Manager will guide this strategy, making sure it includes best practices from the industry, input from stakeholders and customers, and a data-driven approach. This person will also ensure a consistent approach with websites company-wide.

The role includes supporting the User Experience function from day-to-day operations to small projects to large initiatives. The right candidate will be flexible and able to go back and forth between multiple projects, some that need to move very quickly, others that have a longer lead time. Approximately 15-20 official projects run on Symantec.com every quarter, and most of them require an Information Architect's involvement.

The Corporate Online Marketing team is responsible for driving the global online strategy of Symantec.com, including the information architecture, visual design, editorial strategy, day-to-day operations, projects and programs, and website optimization. There is plenty of opportunity to effect positive and lasting change through the website. The right person can have a high impact in this role.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the web architecture for all new and existing pages on Symantec.com's Enterprise and Corporate websites
- Evolve and consistently review the overall User Experience on Symantec.com, incorporating industry trends, competitive research, best practices, professional experience, and web analytics
- Set up and run all user testing and research needed for the website and for any website strategy projects, including usability tests, surveys, focus groups, prototypes
- Always use data – from customers, the industry, stakeholders, metrics, the competition – to inform design decisions, and be able to articulate that connection.
- Maintain and evolve Symantec.com's templated approach to design
- Ensure all IA documentation is up-to-date and properly posted and communicated
- Assist with creating schematics/wireframes, doing competitive and other research, and any other tasks, as needed. This is a small team with a lot of responsibility.
- Work collaboratively and closely with Symantec.com Content, Visual Design, Programs, and Development teams to roll out new functionality through standard project process
- Work collaboratively with web teams throughout the company, including Consumer, SMB, Support, and Security Response, among others, to ensure that all our websites follow certain design standards and look like they are from the same company
- Manage staff of Information Architects. Hire additional resources as needed to support larger projects.
- Think, work, and act globally. Symantec.com is live in 48 countries and the designs are global.

Qualifications
- 7-10 years working in Web User Experience focusing on Enterprise and SMB websites
- At least 5 years experience managing Web Design groups, including Information Architects
- Deep knowledge of Information Architecture and Web Design best practices and methodologies
- Extensive experience using Microsoft Visio
- Experience with Adobe Site Catalyst, or comparable analytics tool, and a data-driven approach
- Experience designing for content management and globalization management systems. Interwoven TeamSite a plus.
- Experience working with and designing for large, complex, Enterprise-level websites supported by multiple integrated systems
- Experience creating mobile-optimized web experiences a plus
- Can support the business requirements of many different stakeholders. Adept at navigating the corporate structure and weighing requirements' priority to find agreement and push forward the best possible designs.
- Skilled presenter; can speak eloquently to any level audience about Information Architecture, Customer Experience, User Experience, all from a global website perspective.
- Familiarity with Agile and waterfall development methodologies

Job Description:
The Director, Education and Documentation will be responsible for driving the education content development, roadmap and program for our customers and partners. The Director will lead a team of technical writers, video producers, and trainers who own creation from everything from UI Text and integrated video, to the training calendar for webinar and classroom training classes. You will collaborate closely with product managers and other teams to create a seamless product learning experience. This is a hands-on role, so you will have the opportunity to create learning materials and even deliver courses from time to time.
Job Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop a team of education professionals to create a seamless learning experience for product users
• Drive roadmap in partnership with product management to create UI Text and integrated help and video
• Drive production schedule for on-demand training videos and student exams
• Identify learning needs and best delivery vehicles for partners and customers
• Assist in the development of the course curriculum tailored for the requirements of each audience
• Plan and publish training calendar, scheduling appropriate team and resources, based needs from partners and customers
• Lead/coordinate training at training events such as Intacct's annual user conference
• Focus on continuous improvement, identify areas of improvement in methodology and content quality and develop plans to address
Job Requirements:
• Ideal candidate will have 10 plus years experience in training and/or education delivery
• 5 plus years of managing teams. Track record of growing leaders and independent thinkers
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or accounting or education
• Outstanding group presentation and communication skills
• Good facilitation techniques to promote effective learning
• Ability to learn our applications' functionality in order to effectively train others in how to implement and use the application
• Highly enthusiastic, positive-minded, customer focused, service-oriented
• Good understanding of Internet technologies
• Self-starter requiring ability to work independently, driving personal and team priorities for success
• Preference for working collaboratively in a team environment
• Position may require some travel for on-site training
• Experience in financial applications training is a plus
• Ability to understand a variety of business processes (ex: for accounting, inventory, project management, time and billing, and expense reporting.)

Job Description:
The Online Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing Intacct's online marketing strategy. The ideal candidate is well-rounded: analytical, metrics-driven, and writes great copy.
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop a successful lead/opportunity acquisition strategy across search engines and PPC sources
• Drive SEM programs: keyword discovery, keyword expansion, ad copy, ad grouping, landing page optimization, testing, and analysis
• Develop effective display campaigns, including banner ads, social media, and retargeting
• Develop and manage forecasts; implement strategies to achieve/exceed targets
• Work with agency to test, monitor and optimize the delivery of ad campaigns from beginning to end, including both creative and media optimizations.
• Analyze keyword trends and ROI of keywords
• Research and analyze competitor SEM/SEO campaigns
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices
• Produce weekly reports outlining performance
• Partnering with Web Marketing Manager, implement SEO initiatives and drive key processes and functions such as competitive keyword research, link analysis, link building, content development, and content optimization
• Writing compelling ad copy, title tags, meta descriptions, and more

Job Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years in a hands-on direct marketing role (SEM, email, display, direct mail, etc.), including 3+ years of hands-on SEM experience
• BS degree in a marketing or quantitative discipline
• Hands-on knowledge of best practices in SEM and a proven track-record of delivering qualified traffic from both an acquisition and conversion standpoint
• Experience with landing page test design
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• Great attention to detail and focus on quality of results
• Self-motivated; a good team player
• Proficiency with Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel is required
• A keen awareness of current industry trends and search best practices.
• Outstanding analytical skills and experience with data analysis

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is primarily responsible for producing qualified sales opportunities for Corporate Sales Representatives. The SDR creates sales opportunities by qualifying inbound inquiries from marketing and demand generation activities. The SDR represents Intacct to potential prospects.

Job Description:
The Integration Support Analyst (ISA) will provide support for integrations between Intacct and 3rd party applications, including SalesForce.com, Clarizen, Avatax, and more. In addition, the ISA will provide support for Intacct Web Services and platform development. In this highly visible customer facing role, the ISA candidate will be an experienced support engineer who will leverage their technical and support expertise to work with clients to solve complex issues.

Job Responsibilities:
• The Integration Support Analyst will be responsible for supporting external customers with issues relating to:
• Using the Intacct Web Services API's
• Using the Intacct Platform Product
• Supporting and repairing Intacct Integrations with third party applications
• Intacct Customization Services issues such as:
o Smart Events
o Smart Rules
o Packages
o Custom Fields
o Custom Documents
• Create plans to address customers' issues and design and build tools to solve customer problems.
• The successful candidate should have a passion for delivering exceptional service, and a track record delivering in a technical support role.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related fields
• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience working with web-based programming languages such as PHP, Python, Perl and XML
• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a customer interfacing support role
• Excellent understanding of integration techniques between systems using XML is REQUIRED
• Experience with SQL databases in cloud computing environments is a PLUS
• An understanding and exposure to standard accounting modules (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Invoicing) is highly desired
• Hands-on experience with applications such as SalesForce.com, Clarizen, or Avatax and past experience working with and building a knowledge base is highly desired
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
