Compensation, Benefits & HRIS Director

Growing International Corporation is looking for a Director Comp, Benefits and HRIS. Report to VP Human Resources and support Business Units in China, France, Germany, Japan, UK, and the Americas. This is a profitable, multi-dimensional business with 1,000+ employees that is committed to growth, quality, and best practices.
Compensation
Together with the VP HR and senior management, define, explain and ensure the implementation of compensation policies in our 10 countries.
Select the most adequate and effective methodology (Hays, Towers Watson or Mercer) to grade regularly our positions.
Ensure that compensation is competitive with equivalent high-technological industries sectors and in line with local market. Ensure compensation practices are compliant with legal requirement and especially are not based on forbidden discrimination criteria.
Define accordingly base salary, short incentive plan and sales incentive plan.
Lead the merit increase
Prepare with VP HR the meetings of Compensation Committee
Benefits
Together with the VP HR and senior management, define, explain and ensure the implementation of benefits policies in our 10 countries.
Define and implement benefits programs, stock option plans and employee share ownership plans.
Define relocation policy.
Human Resources Information Systems
Assume responsibility for the selection of a provider, implementing with IS and HR teams and maintaining HRIS for company globally.
Etc.
Assume responsibility for HR due diligence for Mergers and Acquisitions, including risk assessment and recommendations.
Participate in the selection and deployment of education programs. Contribute to the education of employees on C&B matters to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
Assume responsibility for the design and administration of compensation and benefits packages and policies for expatriates.
Prepare monthly reports and forecasting reports, i.e., headcount.
Requirements:
BS required; Masters Degree in C&B, HR or Finance preferred.
CBP or CCP a plus
Proven track record of delivering compensation and benefits strategies
Excellent understanding of USA, European and Asian compensation and benefits practices
Experience in C&B consulting companies such as Hays, Towers Watson, Mercer is preferable.
Minimum of 10 years C&B experience, with at least 5 years with an international scope
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience in managing HRIS and benefits carve-outs/transitions in the context of mergers and acquisitions
Strong leadership skills; ability to lead and manage change
Ability to speak and write French would be a great asset.
