Job Responsibilities:
• Work with internal Marketing and Sales people to schedule webinars, determine speaker availability, and solicit / maintain email lists with sales team
• Create and send webinar invitations with Lyris and/or Hot Banana
• Manage the list of registered attendees and re-send invitation periodically to people who have not registered
• Set up simple audio and video equipment to record webinar
• Manage 1-2 dry runs per webinar in week leading up to webinar
• Run webinar via ON24 or Webex platform while capturing audio and video
• Troubleshoot any problems with ON24 or Webex
• Manage post-webinar activity: send "thank you for attending" and "sorry we missed you" emails with webinar replay information
• Manage other marketing activities as needed: event venue research, email invitations for tradeshows and events, email campaigns, lead generation, etc.
Requried Skills and Experience:
• 2-3 years of experience managing webinars, including video webinars.
• Experience with ON24 and Webex webinar platforms, and Lyris and Hot Banana platforms for invitation creation a must.
