The Campaign Management position will be responsible for complex marketing partner/client initiatives to identify and define business requirements of all marketing and sales campaigns. This person will play a critical leadership role in supporting business strategies and will interact closely with key stakeholders within Marketing, Sales, and CRM groups. The right candidate will be a self-starter and able develop long-term platform campaign strategies and shorter-term plans to meet aggressive timelines. Must be extremely results driven, client focused, technologically savvy (esp. digital media), and skilled at building internal relationships and external partnerships.

Primary Responsibilities:

Campaign Management and Marketing Operations:
• End-to-end management responsibility for campaign execution including compliance to anti-spam laws and regulations – executes and manages the campaigns through various channels: Direct Mail, email, and web.
• Manage email operations and email service provider tools. Candidate needs to become a Yesmail ´´power-user´´, understanding and able to fully leverage all capabilities of the tool/system to successfully drive the implementation of email programs in an effective and efficient manner.
• Manage and prioritize multiple campaign related complex projects and maintain necessary processes, controls and procedures to insure data accuracy, business functionality and compliance with privacy and security policies.
• Manage campaign execution analysts.
Campaign Execution:
• Marketing campaign implementation: Lead the design and application of segmentation in list pulls and list work.
• Work with strategic partners to identify campaign needs; design and execute timely and accurate client lists. Ensures and communicates campaign timelines are met with high quality.
• Identify process improvements and data infrastructure enhancements to support campaign management efficiency and effectiveness. Responsible for optimizing resource allocation of campaign programs to meet deliverables
• Candidate will work with the marketing managers to set up-front campaign measurement and develop campaign metrics requirements. Collaborate with Reporting and Analysis in designing and enabling data for campaign testing, tracking and reporting campaign program performance.
Marketing Data Mart Management and Marketing Technology:
• Develop thorough understanding of external marketing databases and data from various CRM platforms (Sales Page and Spectra).
• Partner with campaign analysts and marketing managers to gather business requirements that will drive the design and enhancement of marketing data infrastructure to support optimization of marketing campaigns from spend and response perspective.
• Manage relationship with internal technology partners and related campaign vendors. Act as business lead in new data projects that involve marketing process/systems improvements or the development of new applications
• Monitor and research industry trends to incorporate latest advances in application of campaign management tools and communicate new ideas and trends.
Qualifications:
• BA/BS Degree required. MBA a plus
• 2+ years Marketing operations management experience required in at least two of the following functional areas: email platform management (e.g. Yesmail or Responsys), technology project management, CRM platform management, database/list management, direct marketing operations management. Strong understanding and in-depth knowledge of marketing and CRM process.
• Utilize strong management and relationship building competencies to set objectives and develop strategies for Campaign Execution Team.
• Database Management and SQL programming skills required.
• Financial services experience preferred: Experience in one or more of the following areas strongly preferred: financial advisor, registered investment advisor, or institutional investor space. Knowledge of retail & institutionally oriented investment products, including ETFs or mutual funds, preferred.
• Enjoy working independently and in a collaborative team environment, sharing knowledge and best practice across the company.
• Client focused: Deeply believe in and demonstrate a relentless focus on the client.
• Team player: Demonstrate that individual accomplishments are measured by the success of team.
• In addition, the right candidate must be a self-starter and possess strong analytical, presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
