We have a need for a Financial Analyst with the following skills:
Skills Required:
- 7+ years of Financial Analyst experience
- Strong financial analysis and financial modeling
- Extensive knowledge and experience in business modeling and forecasting
- Ability to build and cultivate strong relationships and be seen as valued business partner
- Capable of working with teams and commit to deadlines
- Exhibits solid influence, communication, collaboration and presentation skills
- Ability to actively manage deliverables to meet business commitments and partners expectations
- Strong team player, ability to work cross functionally with different theaters
- Must be able to manage large amounts of data
- Proficiency with Excel, Essbase and Powerpoint
Job Description:
- Own the end to end process and work with business partners to understand the business impact and limit areas of risk
- Collaborate with business partners to track client funded programs
- Coordinate with the EMEA and APAC counterparts to consolidate the global forecast
- Responsible for accruals and other month/quarter end financial activities (calculation).
- Must be able to discuss and provide analysis for variances
- Responsible for ad hoc request and reporting packages for management
- Be able to create bottoms up models/forecast
- Deliver the plans and provide trending/analysis
- Act as liaison between the business units
- Work with senior management to deliver key deliverables
- Lead monthly close meetings with the billing team
- Responsible for consolidating and delivering small/large deals acquisition integration forecast
- Host recurring meetings to consolidate and understand cost savings initiatives
- Track Opex and capital spend, provide actuals vs. forecast analysis
