Experis IT Professional is looking for a Demand Generation Planner for our client with the below qualifications.

Title: Demand Generation Planner
Duration: 12+ months with quarterly renewal
Location: San Jose, CA

The Demand Generation Planner is responsible for the demand creation plans that support global marketing campaign priorities. The role includes coordination and development of demand generation content, assets and offers to build a customer journey ready for execution through online and offline marketing channels and for deployment through demand generation execution teams based in regions around the world. The impact of these plans will be measured by marketing sourced pipeline. The DG Planner takes the lead role as an integral part of global campaign teams to define the orchestrated demand creation plan that represents regional and central execution efforts. The DG plan will include strategy, execution tactics, measurements, reporting and communication aspects. A critical success factor is the support and coordination with regional demand creation efforts, ensuring clear objectives and a shared framework for evaluation.

Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with designated corporate teams to develop global level demand generation marketing plans that drive central and regional marketing goals.
- Development and execution of a demand generation plan based on key stakeholder needs, including performance evaluation criteria, success metrics, regular communications and on-going analysis of the plan to key stakeholders.
- Define the customer journey, defining and coordinating messages and offers that systematically move customers down the marketing funnel in support of the DG plan.
- Provide strategic guidance to regional teams through best practice sharing and other means to improve effectiveness of program design and execution mix
- Provide guidance on offer/content design, testing and usage to strengthen DG campaigns with particular focus on lead identification through Company's website and application through Unica automation engine
- Provide global guidance on how to approach person-based segmentation as framework for always-on demand creation activity
- Understand, promote and leverage the full range of marketing services available to the regional, corporate campaign, segment, and services teams to meet on-going campaign needs
- Function as the primary liaison to corporate campaign teams to ensure seamless delivery into geographic regions/countries
- Debriefs with corporate campaign and segment teams regarding state and insights from demand creation plan rollout
- Regular communication forums with regional teams to share campaign updates, understand local deployment status and incorporate regional needs into execution plan.
- Campaign based marketing sourced pipeline impact across the marketing funnel through client and 3rd party activities.
- Influences marketing campaign design through insight from historical campaign execution
- Continually tests and targets new messaging and offers to assess effectiveness
- Incorporate lead nurture strategy development and deployment.
- Ensure adequate goals and metrics are collected to assess campaign/program success and required improvements.

Key Capabilities:
- Innovation and creativity in marketing strategy with close alignment with corporate and field facing teams
- Collaboration among various corporate marketing across Company.
- Understanding of the multi-channel approach that includes both direct sales and Company's channel partners.

Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor degree / MBA an advantage
- 5+ years of B2B marketing demand generation oriented roles working with sales and/or field marketing to deliver metricised results
- 3+ years driving global demand creation campaigns in multiple regions around the world.
- Understanding of marketing automation principles and/or platforms such as Unica, Eloqua or Marketo
- Familiarity with automated tools to track, measure and report on marketing performance
- Administering and executing B2B campaign management solutions such as Unica Affinium Campaign, Campaign Marketing Operations, Eloqua 9/10, Marketo and Manticore
- Data segmentation, list management and database marketing skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to effectively interface at all levels of management and peers.
- Practical problem solving and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to communicate effectively, aspire and motivate teams to excel
