POSITION – RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
DURATION – 6 MONTHS +
LOCATION – RTP, NC

Job Description
The Team is a customer centric team focused on relationship management and operational process improvement for our global and strategic customers. The team will focus on complex transactions requiring operational customizations and finding solutions that meet our customer's needs while meeting the organizations objectives.

We currently have an opening for a West Relationship Manager. This is a new position to support our West Coast stakeholders and customers. You will be responsible for our Americas customers that require customer relationship and/or process solution management. Other responsibilities include overseeing periodic portfolio reviews to ensure consistency and best practices.

Key Areas of Responsibilities
• Responsible for the end-to-end management of customers vetted and approved through the selection process
• Ensure customer satisfaction by acting as single point of contact and connecting customer with appropriate contacts
• Facilitate resolution of complex Ops processes, including, reaching agreement with theatres, cross-functional teams and senior management.
• Coordinate with cross functional SMEs and Ops team to continuously create and improve Ops processes consistent with customer's (global) strategy
•Document customer specific solutions through process maps/playbooks and hand-off to Ops as appropriate; build library of process maps and playbooks
• Holistically review customer base with objective to improve and maximize the relationship on a semi-annual basis
• Work on highly complex problems requiring judgment in the selection of the method and technique for obtaining a solution
• Recommend decision on non-standard requests
• Change advocate for key policies and processes for Operations
• Ensure best in class service levels to customers and partners

Requirements
• BS degree and minimum of seven years of related experience or MBA and five years of experience
• Experience in policy and process development and execution
• Experience in developing process maps, playbooks and guidelines for key operational processes
• Strong presentation, oral and written communication skills
• Ability to lead across theaters; experienced in working with cross-functional teams to design and implement key operational policies and processes
• End-to-end Operations process knowledge required
• Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Office for Windows (Outlook, Word, and Excel) is required
• Influence and build cross-functional relationships
• Must be detail oriented, organized, able to priorities and meet deadlines
• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification a plus
