Accellion is seeking a talented and motivated Global Public Relations Manager to build strategic public relations and thought leadership programs that create demand and build excitement for Accellion secure mobile file sharing solutions in all relevant markets internationally. The ideal candidate possesses outstanding written and verbal communication skills. You will be a motivating force to others, develop positive relationships with cross-functional teams, partner with external resources, be able to roll up your sleeves and manage the details to secure media coverage that influences business results. You will be eager to leverage expertise with analyst relations, media campaigns, and content creation to generate increased awareness for Accellion and its products to a global media audience.

Responsibilities
•Manage public relations and analyst relations strategy and execution.
•Drive activities and guide PR agency contacts globally to generate market awareness through high quality, high frequency press coverage.
•Develop key communications vehicles including press releases, message guides, media plans, spokesperson tools, case studies, and more.
•Develop and institutionalize media training, best practices and processes.
•Day-to-day details in support of the strategy.
Qualifications
•Solid understanding and proven track record of public relations strategies, thought leadership programs, media relations, and analyst relations on a global level.
•Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
•Demonstrated ability to manage in-house or external resources in multiple locations.
•Existing relationships with relevant media, analysts and influencers, both industry/trade and business.
•Strong teamwork, collaboration, process management and cross-functional influencing skills.
•Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple assignments from conception to completion and meet deadline commitments.
•Ability to balance quick turnaround with longer-term strategic efforts.
•Able to provide writing samples in several media platforms
Education/Experience
•5-7 years experience within an agency, enterprise/mid-market software, and/or mobile services company focused on public relations and writing.
•Bachelors or Masters Degree or equivalent experience

•0-20%
