International Benefits Manager
Location: Dallas, TX
Relocation provided
Manages international benefits for 27 countries, including overall benefit strategy, plan design, development, implementation & communication. Ensures compliance with local law performs analysis, oversees benefit database. Builds strong working relationships in local HR markets.
Requirements:
• Bachelors' Degree
• 5+ years of domestic & international benefits experience (including rollout of an international retirement/medical plan)
• Strong analysis/costing experience
• Strong interpersonal, communication, project management skills
