As part of Crimson's Demand Generation Practice, Account Strategist/Planner need to lead the demand generation campaign planning and development for a variety of Crimson clients. This role will be responsible for developing strategic integrated marketing plans to meet client objectives for brand and demand generation solutions.


Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

•Develop strategies and create smart, integrated, closed-loop campaign proposals and presentations to meet client objectives of brand awareness, demand generation or both
•Recommended campaign tactics and vehicles, such as email, direct mail, online, print, telemarketing, webcasts, live events, content syndication and social media, to reach the target audience(s) and deliver forecasted results
•Determine the appropriate offers or assets for each call-to-action to generate the desired responses
•Leverage your knowledge of the latest trends, technologies and best practices to support your tactical recommendations and forecasts
•Ensure campaign plans are strategically sound and imaginative
•Assist the Account Principal in the presentation and sell-in of the proposal or plan to the client
•Develop the creative brief for the campaign
•Support the Campaign Manager on the campaign kickoff and the execution of the approved plan
•Partners with peers to create innovative ways to impact business results
•Collaborates with client team to track and understand results in order to modify/adapt programs and maximize ROI

Must Have:
•4+ years of experience developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies, either within an agency or in-house
•Specific experience in implementing innovative campaign strategies and ideas that delivered significant results
•Strong knowledge or experience in direct response best practices, interactive marketing, account management/coordination and client/campaign strategy
•A passion for facilitating BIG idea development and implementation
•Innovative and creative, with a concise, precise and effective approach to problem solving
•Able to meet tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure
•Excellent communication skills — able to present ideas to clients and to defend those ideas with examples, stats, analytics or proof points
•Able to work both as an individual contributor and as part of a team
•Bachelor´s in marketing, advertising or communications

Location: Remote, (off-site flexibility, must be able to travel to the bay area upon request)
Duration: on-going (part to full-time) This role could transition into a full-time headcount with Crimson
