As a key member of the Data Center IP Product Marketing team you will have the opportunity to make a difference in developing and driving Brocade's data center market share growth strategy and worldwide execution. Our team needs a strong, driven, and experienced Product Marketing Manager who excels in strategic marketing planning, innovative thinking, teamwork, and the ability to influence effectively.

Position Description: Product Marketing Manager, Enterprise
The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment with all key stakeholders within the company. This individual will also be responsible for building compelling messaging, and partnering with Corporate Marketing to develop and execute comprehensive and integrated marketing plans, and deliver the appropriate tools and materials to support field and partner execution. The ideal candidate must understand the date center IP market and have the ability to internalize our technical product strategy and synthesize it into customer-facing, relevant value propositions and content. This strong strategic marketing manager will not only execute on current initiatives around product marketing and field enablement, but also drive differentiation and adoption on a 3-5 year time horizon.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop worldwide go-to-market strategies and plans to drive aggressive revenue growth for Brocade's data center IP solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute best-in-class, timely launches and initiatives.
• Partner with product management to formulate compelling, sustainable value propositions and messaging.
• Evangelize Brocade's data center and cloud-optimized networking go-to-market strategy and plans to ensure alignment and mindshare with Corporate Marketing, Segment Teams, Sales and Partners.
• Develop content for marketing materials including collateral, presentations, field/partner enablement tools and other deliverables as appropriate.
• Oversee Corporate Marketing's data center program development efforts, provide input as subject matter expert, and track results.
• Deliver sales and partner training to ensure successful enablement of the targeted routes to market.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to develop and execute effective sales programs.
• Routinely evaluate and measure go-to-market program results and adapt plans based on learning's.
• Remain apprised of competitive landscape, market trends and dynamics, and reflect in marketing plans accordingly.


Requirements
• Minimum of 7 years of enterprise product marketing experience.
• Demonstrated excellence in product marketing and other core outbound marketing disciplines.
• Proven success in taking multiple products to launch and beyond.
• In-depth knowledge of IP industry, target markets, routes to market, technology and products.
• Exceptional organizational agility to drive consensus and alignment on marketing plans, deliverables and execution.
• Strong project management and cross-group skills including the ability to get what you need from others while working around their own legitimate priorities.
• Must be a self starter and possess the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced business environment.
• Balance of strategic and tactical competencies.
• Outstanding oral, written and presentation skills.
• Experience and confidence in working with senior executives to influence and achieve common goals.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
